Highly efficient doping of carbon nanotube films with chloroauric acid by dip-coating

Single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) based transparent and conductive films (TCFs) are one of the most prospective materials for novel flexible stretchable electronic devices. Development reproducible scalable doping procedure is key step towards widespread implementation SWCNT TCFs. Here, we thoroughly investigate a dip-coating technique as promising approach practical manufacturing with high performance. We examine effect parameters on optical electrical properties using HAuCl4 solution in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) situ effects. This method appeared to easily fine-tune optoelectronic achieve record sheet resistance value 36 Ohm/sq. at 90% transmittance middle visible spectral range by increasing work function from 4.8 (for pristine SWCNTs) 6.0 eV. The proposed allows efficient, uniform, fabrication highly opens an avenue precise tailoring Fermi level
